Getting Around

An extensive network of road, rail and flight links makes travel to Cork from Dublin and the rest of Ireland, the UK, Continental Europe and North America quick and convenient. As Ireland’s second largest, Cork enjoys easy access to Ireland’s excellent motorway network making it surprisingly quick and easy to get here by car. If you're travelling from Belfast, for example, Cork is only 4 hours drive. It takes just over 2 hours to drive from Dublin and we are just 1 hour 20 minutes drive from Shannon Airport.
